Positives:
I called ahead after my flight landed and asked what was the time I could check in? The staff on duty told me 11:00. I was thankful for that.
Negatives:
I stayed there seven days and seven nights, I repeatedly asked the night before to have my room cleaned the next morning. I called and went by the front desk to ask, they didnt clean my room the whole time I was there. They didnt make my bed.
Positives:
The location and friendliness of the staff was great. I also enjoyed their breakfast and the bar that opened nightly. I will definitely stay here again when I come back to town.

Just need larger trash cans in the suites and the mattress was a bit hard and lumpy.

Location of the hotel was great. They allowed us an early check in. The room and bathroom was very nice and spacious. Noisy and loud was the guests and hotel staff. I couldnt get our rooom cleaned for nothing. I requested as I was told by the desk staff.

They wouldnt clean our room!!! We asked the day before for the next day and for three of the days, garbage was piled up high and I kept asking for the room to be cleaned and finally Sunday night someone removed the trash but didnt do anything else.

Everything. Room was clean and neat. Staff was friendly and very courteous. Breakfast was delicious, more than I expected. Will definitely stay here again if needed.

The hotel room was big and clean. We got the double Queen. The breakfast didnt have a lot of hot options but what they had was good. (Eggs, pancakes, potatoes). The location was where we needed to be and next to lots of stores and restaurants.

There isn't one problem we had staying here everything was perfect we stayed here longer than we expected to but we didn't mind every day was beautiful with this whole staff

Great staff; professional & prompt with anything I asked of them. A BIG Plus; good people skills. They could answer questions and provide help, yes. But they also knew how to engage in a conversation. Not always part of the "professional" mindset.
Negatives:
One item that is a VERY small detail: in a few of the corners and admittedly hard-to-reach spots, the vacuuming could have been a bit better.

All night you guys allowed teenagers to run up and down the halls I did hear 1 room being out of the hotel but other then that it still remained very loud pass 3am I was up just because I couldnt sleep peacefully. Their room was right across from mines.
