The staff were friendly.
The room was basic and on the smaller side, but still big enough and clean. The bed was comfortable.
There was only one seat in the room so if you were sharing with another person that could be an issue but I was travelling alone. There was also a full sized fridge and a microwave which was handy.
It is so close to the United Centre.
Negatives:
I did see one review that said they came in one day and the lobby stunk of weed and that did happen on one of the nights I was there - I was there for four nights.
I picked this location because it was so close to the United Centre and it was a very easy and quick walk. However, there is not a lot else to do around here. I'd only stay here again if I was staying for one night and going to a game, otherwise I'd stay in a more central location.
It could be loud - sirens - but that is not uncommon in larger cities.

Mia was the first person I met at the hotel and she was nice.
Negatives:
The hotel claims to make “Guest convenience top-of-mind at this property!” This is a lie!!! I needed accommodation and due to my physical condition and they refused to oblige me!!! Everyone that I encountered at the property , besides Mia, was very unfriendly! It was sad to see that the communication between staff was as poor as it was! Nobody seem to know what the next person had done! The manager was too busy to look into my needs on the spot! He said, “I will look into this tomorrow morning!” The bad part about the entire situation was the lack of concern for my needs which goes against their motto of making the customer’s experience exceptional! This is the first and last time that I will ever step foot in this space!

Very cozy and located near everything I needed. Rose in housekeeping went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed. She left a special birthday treat for my daughter, a wonderful surprise. All staff was very friendly, helpful and professional.

The location was perfect, my husband and I didn’t have breakfast. Complimentary snacks that were promised were just water and coffee pods. We felt like breakfast would’ve been a waste.
