The hotel is in a great location. Near everything we wanted to do. The room was nice, and our balcony gave us a great view.
Negatives:
We had 4 people registered for a 3 night stay. Every time the room was made up they only left us 3 sets of towels so we had to call for more every day.

The room service is absolutely terrible! Who ever Supposed to clean the room, their majesty only fixed the bed and left the garbage the same and barely touched the bathroom! After informing the receptionist named (Gigi), she was very generous to send someone after 2 hours! Who gave me the towels and the shampoo in a plastic bag like some left over food! And to compensate my troubles, they gave me a $50 discount to shut me up!

Convenient for local food and events. Walking distance of plenty restaurants and river walk navy pier etc
Negatives:
The rooms don’t have daily maids /housekeepers . To make your bed , do laundry and get clean towels daily. I had to keep asking everyday. Trash for 4 days no trash bags in the rooms. No microwaves in rooms and tubs or shower for the price but overall it was a beautiful room very clean polite staff just a bit pricey for what I got which was really nothing for $1,300 just the room no food or parking included . Parking $75 a day valet
