Ideally located for exploring Chicago. There were many restaurants and bars within an easy walk of the property. Our room was large and spacious. Reception staff were friendly and helpful.
Negatives:
While the public areas had a luxury feel this feeling was not reflected in the room we stayed in. We felt the room furnishings were functional rather than luxurious. While the room was clean ,comfortable and well maintained the furniture and fittings including the bathroom looked dated.

The location was perfect for us within walking distance to many of the things we wanted to visit. The hotel was beautiful and very clean and the bed was very comfortable. The breakfast was also very good. The staff was extremely friendly when we checked in and every time we entered or left the building.
