The beds were very uncomfortable. The breakfast was terrible, no variety at all. The room was never cleaned. You had to ask for supplies, never replenished. The room was noisy with a very loud fan that would come on every night.

We could hear the people above us, and people coming in and out of the facility which kept us awake for a while.

It was pretty nice peaceful quiet great location. It was pretty clean.

There was no coughing, no coffee filters that was disappointing besides that in the middle of the night they’re trying to break in which scared the living daylights I don’t know. I already suffer from anxiety, but they took great care of us.

The breakfast, laundry facilities, and staff are amazing.
Negatives:
The pull out couch is a joke. Basically a cardboard mattress. The pool has so much chlorine in it it burns your eyes just to walk in there so we didn’t swim. Really a shame because the pool is beautiful and the heat being on was so nice.
