Disappointing
Negatives:
Immediately as I was checking in the hotel i noticed an odd smell in the lobby like something wasn’t cleaned properly. As I checked in I was told I needed to put down $100 as a deposit just incase I damaged anything (I’m an African American male) and the guy infront of me was an older Indian gentleman and he was told he needed to put down a $50 deposit. Not sure why I was charged more but I have my ideas.
Regarding the room it was not clean. The floor had lube all over it I almost fell. The head board had hand prints all over it and smeared with lube as well. And there were crusty white things on the counter I didn’t know what it was and didn’t want to find out. There were blood spots on the sheets under the comforter.
Lastly I tried to get my refund and I was constantly told that I was already refunded but my bank is telling me otherwise. I’ve been put on “hold” multiple time but was hung up on by Shail if that’s even his real name. I’m starting to think this place is a scam and poorly managed.

The room was bad! Window broken, Fridge didn't work, T.V. didn't work & the room had a funny smell. Was offered a different room but when we used the shower the whole front room flooded! The room was very shaby to say the least! I've been to Red Roof Inn by Midway Airport & it was NOTHING like this! That one was clean & put together where as this one was like a transient pit stop that easily turned into a extended stay! Have yet to have my $100 room deposit returned which was spung on me at check in time³ & still hasn't been returned which has really left a bad taste in my mouth. Need my $100 room deposit returned A.S A.P

What did I like? There was nothing that I would say appealed to me in any way. It looked to be remodeled several years ago because it has motion sensor lights in the rooms and the TVs are flat screens. This is a MOTEL so the doors to the rooms are outside.
Negatives:

When I asked for a mattress on the pull-out bed (I booked the room for 3 people on the website) because the BLANKETS they used as a mattress were obviously dirty, they charged me $40 to get clean blankets. They wanted me to pay in CASH for that. The room was cold and hard to heat. We ended up staying there, regardless.

The property manager hosted 3 !!!!!!! Appointments to show the apartment(while I was there). It was very rude of them actually. I PAID MONEY $$ to stay there but they were more worried about the people they were TRYIN to rent it out .
