Nothing because I wasn't able to stay in a room I paid for
Negatives:
My card had a temporary hold put on it of 231.21 and was the Wong price so I couldn't get that money put back on my card so I couldnr stay in my room cuz ultimately I'd need $500 or more for the room. Now they still have a hold on my card.
