The staff and person who greeted me was awesome. They were not finished cleaning my room yet, which was fine. I just wanted to check in anyway, which he let me do and gave me the key, and we returned after our soccer games. Same gentleman was there he recognized us, greeted me, and told us to enjoy our stay everything's was in place. Very cuteous.
Negatives:
It was not as clean and up to date as I had hoped, but it was a very busy weekend for them. Nearly all rooms were taken. I have grace for that. They had a lot of children staying there as guests, and everyone knows children keep things messy.

We was promised joining rooms before we booked and then as we’re on way there I called to confirm everything and then the staff decide to tell me they gave my room away and they can only give me a room on 2 and 3 so not even close by. They had no available towels after swimming till morning so my kids had to use hand towels to shower. The pool had so much chlorine that I couldn’t even sit to watch the kids enjoy pool time . They let kids swim with no adults present . Air didn’t even work at first. Just a horrible time .
