Cancellation Policy

Before Tuesday, May 21st, 2024 at midnight local hotel time (in Chicago), you may cancel your reservation for a partial refund. After Tuesday, May 21st, 2024 at midnight local hotel time (in Chicago), you are not allowed to change or cancel your reservation. If you cancel your reservation after May 21, you will still be charged for the full amount.

Refund Policy

Any cancellation received will incur the first night's charge. Failure to arrive at your hotel or property will be treated as a No-Show and will incur a charge of 100% of the booking value (Hotel policy).

Photo Policy
