Shower head was broken and did not stay up. Had to be held to use it. Front desk could not find my reservation at first and basically made it my fault for using a third party app to make it.

Location was convenient. Had a restaurant and a bar.
Negatives:
1. The Saturday morning staff was not pleasant. She acted as if I was bothering her. Not nice to see in a nice hotel. 2. The hotel should validate parking or at least say up front that you have to pay $15 to park. 3. I couldn't get the room cool enough
