I could literally hear everything it was so noisy. And I’m not even talking about the plane noise that I expected and was fine with. But I could hear every single time anyone used the toilet in an adjacent or above room because it made an awful loud noise. The room adjacent to me was screaming at each other all night and could hear everything because the walls are so thin.
Could hear so much noise from the breakfast area downstairs that I was forced to wake up at 6-7am.
Was not at all worth the price for the near constant bombardment of noise. If you’re sensitive to sound, stay far away from this hotel.

classic john portmann designed hyatt has not lost its glamour, however some of the newly renovated rooms are just bland and characterless.
Negatives:
was "upgraded" from a king bed to a two bedroom in the "premier tower", needless to say this was not an upgrade nor premier. I understand that sometimes a room type may not be available, but would prefer a reduced price over euphemisms.

The person who checked me out couldn’t print a receipt and told me she emailed it to me. I have not gotten it yet and I have not yet gotten a refund for the deposit I was charged when I checked in.

Breakfast buffet absolutely not worth the price. The gentlemen making eggs and omelets was very nice and that food was good but that was the ONLY food that was good and that is certainly not worth the $24 a person price tag. If they aren't going to make it better they really should just shut it down altogether, its that bad.
