Extended Stay America Suites Springfield

Negatives: The floors walking to the elevators were drenched with water, so walking on the carpet was a mess! My room was okay, outside of the dirty bathtub. Then either outside my door or next to me, someone was arguing and very loud and disruptive in the middle of the night. My business partner's room was terrible! exposed electrical cords demolished top of the cabinets, dirty bathroom, and a weird smell. She was offered the room across the hall or next to her room and it was lingering with cigarette smoke!

Negatives: The mattress wasn't like I slept in the last time I stayed. This was just like sleeping on foam. Way to soft.

Negatives: Hallways were dirty and falling apart. They had soaked carpets with no fans and a pile of bagged garbage pile was kept by the elevator all day and overnight. The rooms were clean and comfortable tho but if you have any allergies or are allergic to mold this hotel would be difficult to stay at.

Negatives: The tub could have been cleaner

Negatives: Everything The worst hotel I’ve ever had the misfortune of staying in, the whole room stank of old takeaway and weed, disgusting

Negatives: I walked in the room and it looked fine at first, checked in, walked back into my room to unpack. The toilet wasn't flushed at all from the previous user, the bed sheets were damp, the mattress and sheets had stains on them, and possibly bed bugs in the seem of the mattress. Added on to that, the elevator shook am randomly and was extremely slow and did not feel safe whatsoever I immediately checked out and went to the Drury inn across the street at a similar price and the hotel there was a 10/10 hotel.

Negatives: Dirty hotel. Roaches in hallway.

Negatives: This hotel was unsanitary and run down. During the check in, the receptionist informed me I'd need to check my room before finishing the check in process because he can't guarantee the quality of the room. First thing, there were piles of garbage bag outside the elevators?? Also a plastic tote of junk and garbage outside of someone's room in the hall. The room : Mold in room on the walls and by the AC unit,, a refrigerator that definitely didn't belong in the room and was blocking part of the entry way as you're walking into your bedroom area. The floor was dirty in the room. I didnt bother asking for a different room, just canceled my reservation. Also took a month of arguing back and forth with Booking customer service to even get a PARTIAL refund back when the hotel granted a full refund/approved the cancelation of the reservation.

Negatives: Pool was not working pump water was not circulating air conditioning wasnt working properly didn't get below 73 degrees in room
