this hotel front desk is not managed appropriately. Staff person gave two different parties keys to our room and then said "you didn't complete registration, you must come down with your ID." Realized they still had my ID/CC. Not enough room to explain

Hotel employee the girls at the front desk were very friendly and accommodating. They are going above and beyond for your guests. The police and chaos late at night was kind of scary. Dogs were barking and I was harassed in the parking lot by 3 police

The bed was fairly comfortable.
It had a full size refridgerator.
Negatives:
Very dirty and worn down.
Stains on the carpet and dirty tub.
The staff was having some drama between them and it took 20 minutes to find an employee.
The "skunk" smell was very prominent as well.
Your website states breakfast is provided and it is not.

The girl working the front desk was working so hard and very sweet.
Negatives:
Pictures online showed the renovated entry but the rooms were VERY rough. Both beds were broken and had plywood under holding them up. Toilet wouldn’t flush and shower was hardly getting any water out of the shower head. Stains on carpet and bedding and last.. the SMELL! Cigarette smoke, weed, musty old rooms.

I do like the location is very convenient to be a base of operations in the terms of shopping, eating, and sightseeing. The staff is really friendly and helpful. I do like the idea of the kitchenette in the room for meal prepping, but my husband and I only used the fridge to store our food and drinks and used the microwave to heat up our food. Maybe next time, we can use the full kitchenette experience.
Negatives:
The only free breakfast option they offered was instant oatmeal along with coffee. The bed felt really uncomfortable, and I don't know why a budget hotel would have a decorative pillow and runner for the bed. To me, I believe those two things are just a waste of space, especially for a budget hotel.
