Ants in the room. Fridge was dripping water inside. PTAC was not functioning properly, the room seemed humid and there was an odor.

The room was so humid after showering and doing anything in the room. Lack of fan in the bathroom is not good. We had to empty trash ourselves snd there was rarely anyone at the front desk. Could not get change for vending machine from front desk and then when I finally got change everything I tried to get was sold out. Very frustrating.
