The room was very dirty. Hair all over the bathroom floor, looked like mice droppings under the mattress. Tons of ants all over the window and AC unit.. it had a musty smell as if it was old.

It was clean. Breakfast was decent. Room appeared to be freshly painted and bed was comfortable. Was everything we needed for the stay.
Negatives:
Pillows were very small. TV channels for local channels had to be inputted, and not just scrolled through like the rest of the channels. Grounds needed sprucing up, as well as downstairs lobby/elevator area.
Maid service came by and knocked on door, but did not give enough time to get to door before they were opening door while I was naked—not cool!

The room was clean and a good size. I stayed here to see the eclipse 2024 and it was in a perfect location. This hotel proved an excellent room at a great price. Some great restaurants within walking distance as well. The staff was helpful and very friendly. I can easily recommend this hotel.

The complimentary breakfast wasn't as good as other hotels I've stayed at. This does not mean it was bad at all. But for the cost of the room I really have no complaints

Positives:
The hotel was very quiet with respect to internal noise. Although it was completely full, we didn’t hear any other guests.
Negatives:
The hotel is right next to Interstate 69, so external noise was a bit of a problem. Also, we wanted an ADA compliant room. But none were available.
