Pets are always welcomed guests! A maximum of two pets are allowed in each suite. A $25 (+ tax) per day, per pet non-refundable cleaning fee for the first six (6) nights. Each day thereafter is a $10 non-refundable fee (+tax) per day, per pet. The first seven (7) nights are payable the first night of your stay and is charged at check-in. Service animals will be exempt from this charge. Height and length restrictions apply: pets can be no longer than 36 inches and no taller than 36 inches.

Exterior door at north end if building wouldn't open with room keys, so guests used rocks to prop it open. Not very secure. Hotel staff didn't seem concerned about it. Curious why this hadn't been fixed! Garbage can in that small north end lobby was always overflowing. Noisy- guest tromping in room above us, multiple dogs barking in the hallway, kids yelling. Didn't expect much for grab-and-go breakfast, but no muffins available for breakfast by 7:30 am. Only a sweetened creamer for coffee.

the card readers are trash, the ones on each end of the building don't work, the one on my door worked about half the time, I repeatedly requested maintenance to fix it, I stayed for 3 weeks, never got fixed..the windows in my room needed replaced asap

late check in time 3 pm but checkout at 11 am could not get internet access wrinkled sheets on bed shower head would not fully turn off and leaked on bath floor excess noise upstairs from room 117 and from frig minimal breakfast

Took 3 hrs for a wet spot to be cleaned up in the elevator. Breakfast was disappointing. Front door unlocked past 11pm, was 12:30am when we found it open. Never saw staff at desk unles someone was checking in/out. Took forever to check in, sad there is no public restroom. In one room the shower leaked into the kitchen.

The room has a kitchen with a full size fridge, a two burner stove, and a microwave. Also a good amount of cabinet space. The laundry room is solid, and has four washers and four dryers.
Negatives:
The card readers on each end of the building are broken, so even though I was at the end of the hallway I had to enter through the front every time. The card reader on my door was hit and miss. The maintenance guy was supposed to fix it but never did.
