There were things under the bed, popcorn in the corners, not vacuumed well, rings in the toilet, toilet paper not fully replenished, weren't given the room requested, had to move, had a severe allergic reaction to the chemicals used or mold in room.

That it was easy to get to and staff was friendly

The smell in our room, the shower and the fact I had to pay for another room because I called and said I need a handicap room so they booked 4 people into a king room, then before leaving I found they charged me twice. The shower head had two settings the handicap room we had 5 foot run from shower bench to shower head that couldnt move
