Manager charged us $100 "deposit" which would be returned 3-5 business days. Didn't get our deposit back until we returned and made a fuss. Magically, the reverse payment occurred. Bad location.

The elevator was malfunctioning, we were placed in a room in nearly the end of the building with a toddler.
The toilet made a “screaming” sound and scared our child. The beds were HORRIBLY uncomfortable.

There was stains on almost everything from the sheets to the towels. Yes, we checked in late but there’s no way the afternoon staff should’ve left the sheets the way they were. The blanket for the bed was about the thickness of 3 sheets and when we asked for another blanket they said they had no more. They apologized for the sheets I took to the front because they saw the stains and we had to remake the bed ourselves which I don’t mind I just believe the sheets shouldn’t have been that way in the first place. The air in this place is also dry so I recommend bringing a humidifier. This is a good place if you just need a place to stay for the night not multiple nights . The breakfast consist of juices, coffee, 2 cereals, bagels, and if you want to make waffles that’s about it.
