We stayed at a Baymont hotel this weekend. I paid over $230 A night for 2 nights to have a room that had a balcony and a Jacuzzi tub in it. The Jacuzzi tub did not work while we were in there. We let the front desk know and somebody was suppose to look at it while we were out Saturday and we let them know when we left that weekend and asked them to comp the room. They said they sent maintenance up there to look at the jacuzzi and it was working. It was not working and we have stayed in this hotel several times before always paying for the more expensive room. And to be told that we lied about the hot tub not working so will not be returning. If I wanted a room without a Jacuzzi, I would’ve just stayed in a normal king suite and got it way cheaper.

The staff was very friendly when I checked in and throughout the rest of my stay. Breakfast had great options and the pool was a good size for my kids. There was a birthday party going on as well as other children using the pool, but there was plenty of room for everyone.

I didn't get to use the pool. But other than that, my bed was comfortable. The sheets were clean and fresh. Rags and towels were clean and fluffy. Great stay overall. And my jacuzzi was nice. My boo and I enjoyed the relaxation.

Elevator sounded like was going to break down, not t very clean hotel, kids could not swim in pool long because adults where letting others come in door and tons of people.
