Positives: Nothing ended up leaving and still had to pay the full night.
Negatives: The whole hotel smelled like cigarette smoke. First room given the carpet was not stretched and looked like ocean waves. As well as smelled like cigarette smoke. Second room was on the second floor which smelled like weed. We ended up leaving.

Positives: Nothing, we ended up leaving after the first room we were given had carpet that needed reshaped and the lobby and roomed wreaked of cigarette smoke.
Negatives: We didnt stay, I asked for a refund. The first room we were given had rolled up carpet and smelled like cigarette smoke. They gave us a second room on the next floor, the hall smelled like someone had been smoking weed. I asked for a refund and we checked out. Hotel refused to refund and told me I needed to call booking.com. I am still waiting to hear back from them as they told me they had to send an email to the hotel letting them know I was disatisfied. Hotel owner refused the refund is the last email I received (we checked in at 7:45 and left the hotel by 8. Still waiting to hear from booking.com if they will issue the refund. Regardless we were not staying in the hotel. Pictures are not accurate at all.
