The room was filthy, there were no sheets for the pull out couch which had to be moved to make it into a bed, the bathtub was disgusting, when we got there the TV was turned on to some adult cartoon and the windows were open.

My room was dirty the...

Wish I could review my stay however the hotel conducted what I would consider a scam. I booked through booking.com months in advance and was confirmed. A few weeks ago a manager called me and stated this location was under renovation and I was being moved, provided address and confirmation number. I arrived to the given location and was told I did not have a reservation and rooms were full. I was told to check a third location and told both no reservation and the confirmation number was not valid. I contacted customer support and they could not find my booking..then found it but told me it had been cancelled, I was not informed of this and did not cancel it. then when asked to help me find a room in town they found one room at this hotel....the original one I was told was moving me. The room was booked before they could take me...at a higher rate than I booked. I went to this went to this location in person after deciding to book a new hotel for hundreds more and was told again I had no room and left my information and confirmation with the desk as there wa no manager there. I contacted booking.com and they reported I did have an active reservation. They contacted the SAME hotel and person who told me l had no room and they informed booking I did have a room and was a no show. I have since been charged $255 for a fee. I do haven a claim open with the company and if not resolved may seek further action as this is at best basic sloppy work on every party's part and at worst this hotel just outright running scams. I have read one other report of this at the same location since this occurred to me. It cost time and money for myself and my group; the staff clearly were dishonest about my booking to likely book someone else for a higher rate. I've traveled often and never had such an experience.

Positives:
Beds were decent for comfort. Able to get 1 clean cup (the other dirty), 2 dinner plates and 2 little plates from housekeeping for final day stay for 6 people. Able to pay in full prior to stay doesn't guarantee promised reservation. Housekeeping was of service better than hospitality staff.

Breakfast only had coffee and stale granola bars. Coffee was Luke warm stale and cups were bare while hotel was overbooked. Couch/Sofa bed was mentioned yet missing in living space but TV provided. Double bed in room has missing TV. Phone receiver did not work, nothing provided in kitchen and new management couldn't assist with kitchenette utensils. Only 1 towel provided for booking reserve of 6 people and only given 2 more towels during stay upon fetching as none were clean. Toilet seat was left dirty upon entry. Comfort kitchen essentials package advertised in room, front desk knew nothing of it. Communication only existed when going to front desk, which was barely attended with attempts to catch day manager. Nobody got back to me regarding note of needing attention over 2 day stay.

The property was under renovation so dirty and not organized. There was no towels for us to shower with in the rooms due to them not having clean towels for their guests. Also the lights wouldn’t stay plugged in and I was afraid of a short in the min and a fire. Also there was security deposit for an additional $100.00 that I was not notified of before my visit. Site didn’t have it posted anywhere.
