The location was good and the beds were comfortable, once they were cleaned up and we received pillows and blankets as the room didn't have any.
Negatives:
We received a room that was not cleaned at all, there was garbage everywhere, the beds weren't made, the floors were really dirty and the room smelled. We received a different room afterwards and although it was mostly clean, the beds were not made and the AC was very loud. Half of the electrical outlets didnt work and neither did the TV. The towels we received were very small and not sufficient for a shower. There were many other things we didn't enjoy during our stay.

The staff was not friendly. There was no breakfast besides muffins and coffee. We did not get housekeeping. We asked for clean towels which they said they were washing at the moment and would bring them up in 30 mins. That never happened. Good thing we only stayed for 2 nights. Will never stay here again.

There were no utensils, silverware, glassware, dish rags, dish towels. They said I could get them at the front desk IF they had some available. I was offered 2 plates, 2 saucers, and 1 cup. How are you supposed to use the kitchen with just that??
Then the room was disgusting!!! Air Conditioner didn’t work. Transferred to another room. Overheard the lady at the front desk call me a F* ing Bi**h. Took everything in me not to lose my cool. Overall the room is NOT worth it AT ALL

The phone in the room didn’t work. I had to ask for sheets for the pull out bed despite having enough people in the room that we absolutely needed it. Our room didn’t have a single trash can and when asked for one we never received it. The pull out couch was in VERY poor shape. It was ripped and torn and almost impossible to pull in and out. The floors were not clean. The bathroom floor in particular had clearly been wet mopped but no one closed the door to get the water cleared from that area. The shower head was pointing water in every odd direction because of hard water buildup.

The manager made us wait 20 minutes before helping us. Then was extremely rude when talking to us. Beds are uncomfortable, super thin sheet and blankets. The pillows were awful. The air conditioner one didn't work the other kept shutting off. Holes every where,dirty,bathroom door was broke. Very disappointed.

The front office person was rude and very short when asking questions… the elevator floors was all tore up… the bathroom in the room we stayed in was falling apart and tape was holding stuff up… the shower didn’t work right sprayed all over the floor. And there was trash left over in the bottom cabinet from another person
