The listing of breakfast was misleading. It must medium sized muffins, granola bars and oatmeal packs.

Booked a room where I could not shower. No water pressure and the tub and shower covering was peeling and Dirty!!!! I had to wash hair in the sink that was in the kitchen.

Night time desk clerk rude Reserved a room for 6 people, but pull out was broke. We had to change rooms to get enough sleeping accommodations. The room was filthy. I needed a kitchenette for family Christmas and it was completely bare and disgusting.

Lots, first off when we got to our room the first thing we noticed was the safety latch on the door was pulled right off the door. We double checked the dead bolt latch. Went to bed and two hours later our door opened with 2 people trying to get in.

The only thing I did not like if I were to change anything about my stay is I would have preferred not to be right next to the back door because of the slamming door over and over.

We smelled cigarette smoke when we first entered the lobby. The smell was even stronger in our room. It became stronger yet because it was coming in through the ventilation system. The carpet was very dirty. There was a black ring around the shower drain.

Room wasnt ready at 3:30pm. Had to wait until after 4 to check in. The front desk girl acted like I was bothering her. Then they tried to keep my security deposit.

I didnt like how one of the two ac was broken, so when it was a few more of us it got hot. In the fridge it was cracked it didnt bother me I was just worried theyd think it was our fault besides that everything else was fine.
