Nothing, very disappointed
Negatives:
Staff not listening, understaffed no towels , no help for the customers if neede anything. Unprepared for events that they knew where coming. Unacceptable

We were there during the eclipse and it was booked up and they had the lobby decorated for the eclipse the day of which was just fun. Coffee went fast in the morning but they did their best to replenish it in a timely fashion.

Hot water was out one morning but it was fixed relatively quickly.

Nothing. The staff grunted when I approached the desk; I thought maybe she didnt speak English so I handed her my ID. she took it and started speaking to her coworker in English. Not once did she say anything to me other than theres a $100 deposit

Room was warm, which was ok because the only covers for the bed was a sheet. Room was dirty and halls smelled of smoke. Staff was incredibly rude.

It was close to the airport. Was as clean as could be for its decaying condition.

The security door was not locked. The hotel looked tired and worn down. staff were not available when checking in or out, (it was time for their smoke break.) Bed was so old the springs could be felt and it was lop sided. Parking lot felt unsafe.

Yes, the hotel smell like cigarettes and pot every day. We pay for 10 hotel rooms, and we had a door that didn't lock, we had a dresser that was broken, holes in the rugs, most of the rooms smelled like wet dog or a bad stall odor. Bathtub very dirty.

The location was close to the airport for an early flight.
Negatives:
The nonsmoking room smelled so strongly of cigarette smoke that my bag and belongings smelled after only being in the room for a few hours. It was difficult to sleep with the smell. I propped the window open even though it was 30 degrees out, didn't help.

The front desk workers were very sweet.

There were roaches, when we asked what we should do we were told there was nothing. The water from both faucets was undrinkable (had a smell and color) and the vending machine card reader was broken.

Nothing. Ended up having to get other room elsewhere. It was so bad we were only in the room 20 minutes before we decided to stay elsewhere.
Negatives:
Practically everything. Bad smell hit us right as we walk in. Lady at front desk was unfriendly and cold. The hallway going to the room smelled terrible. The room itself was a disaster; Hole in ceiling from water damage, crumbs or rodent droppings on bed.
