Positives:
(1) Perfect location for overnighting near Airport -- shuttle runs every 30-minutes and connects this cluster of 3 hotels. (2) The Check-in and Checkout (at 4am!) people made you feel happy. (3) The restaurant-bar fellow was wonderful with a great knowledge of Indiana sports. The restaurant "Cobb salad" was gigantic, and he nicely gave a box to take the unfinished half onto the flight.
Negatives:
No landscaping yet; and these hotel locations are definitely in Plainsville! Going for a walk is mainly along the enormous shipping/receiving buildings that dominate this neighborhood. A lack of trees; but maybe these will eventually come over the next decade or two.

The heating unit was miserably loud. Switched rooms and unit was just as loud. Front desk said they had 18 rooms having same issue. Disrupted our sleep. Very poor experience

Location to my mother-in-law.
Negatives:
The staff were rude and spoke in a condescending tone when I addressed issues that I experienced. The heat in my room did not work so I was assigned another room in the middle of the night day 1. The bathroom tiles in the newly assigned room were dirty. When I asked staff to clean the room, someone stole my MacBook charger out of my room. After my charger was stolen, I didnt feel safe in the room so I left the hotel in the middle of the night day 2. I was promised a refund, but now Im being told that I will not get a refund. I spoke with the General Manager for assistance; however, she was disrespected and started laughing when I told her about my situation.

I thought it was nice clean Jacuzzi sucked and the price for one night 215 is way to high with nothing included u pay for your breakfast. Better deal at Hampton across the road and if I wanna drive like we did Druyy inn is the best we spent the rest of our time there. Breakfast and dinner and drinks included .. For 165 a night ..
