LOVED that we were right across the street from the FEVER GAME!!!
Negatives:
We would've liked the breakfast to stay open a little longer. We stayed up late after an exciting Fever game, which meant we slept in later. We came down a little past 9am thinking breakfast was served until 10, but that is apparently only on the weekends. Also, we feel you shouldn't have to pay for parking if you're staying in the hotel. That seems a bit excessive, especially since it's not exactly cheap to stay here.

The television, phone to call the front desk, and microwave were all not working on arrival. The repair person did not comevup until 10:20 pm, but I got up and letvhime fix everything as nobtelling when another repair person might show. Pool appears not to be heated but is there. Otherwise, location is great and room was nice, good view. Breakfast was fairly standard. Neither hotel mini - shop nor stores nearby carry milk.

See above. Repairs needed in room initially, pool not heated. Access card stopped working twice in three- night stay.

The room wasn’t ready until 5:30 when they said it would be ready by 3:00 which is the standard and I confirmed in advance also. Their cleaning staff was delayed. They did agree to comp us the valet fee the next day after asking for something given the poor experience. Everyone was friendly but this was pretty inconvenient.

I sent my son for his birthday. The staff couldn't figure out how to charge my credit card while putting the deposit on his. Subtracting $50 was too difficult. So, they ended up putting it on his girlfriends card. Despite me being on the phone with the staff and explaining it and her saying it was approved. We have never had issues at any other hotel and have done it like this 4 previous times.
