After running the water for 20 min I realized smg was wrong. i went to the front office and she stated that the maintainance guy left and that I had to wait till the next day!! I asked to change the room ( since I checked in same day) and she said she cant do it! FYI, no hot water is an emergency and should be fixed immediately

My room’s ceiling leaked after I Sleep. My jacket was wet. The carpet was all dirty and stained. Hotel lobby floor was all coffee stains. My room was on the base floor. From the window even a child would walk in and window lock was broken. Room door lock was broken. Staff was exhausted or not being able communicate.
