The staff were exceptionally warm and welcoming during the 2024 total eclipse, which I'm sure was a very busy time for them. Breakfast in our PJs as part of our package was absolutely divine. Very elegant but not snobby.

The location to Lucas Oil Stadium and other restaurants and activities was excellent. Didn't have to drive anywhere.

There was construction going on near the hotel and you could hear jack hammering starting at 7am every day even on the weekend.

The staff including front desk, customer service and valets were very professional and friendly. The location was very close proximity to our concert venue.

Our room was right across from a construction site which at times was very loud. We do not hold the hotel responsible due to the influx of visitors and lack of rooms available for transfer to a different room.

The shower had no hot water both days of the stay and the room was dirty. The dust on the night stand, dresser and tv was awful. The wallpaper was falling off the walls. Hotel definitely needs some updates.
