Cleanliness was lacking! Hairs on our bed sheets & pillow cases and when pillow fell on the floor it was even worse. Door had to be jimmied in order to shut, a 1/2 eaten yogurt still in the refrigerator & toiletbowl dirty w/ hairs on seat, back, and basin

The worker had a bad attitude. Then they lied about giving my deposit back. They told me I needed to be 21 even tho online said 18. I am 19, then he made a call and let me but as you can tell I drove 2 1/2 hours to here a paid for a hotel that I cant stay at. Thats annoying. We then stayed there and breakfast was the only good part

Phenomenally friendly staff at check-in made sure I had everything I needed and checked that everything was okay. Breakfast was great and they kept the bacon (and everything else) refilled for a bunch of hungry guests.
Negatives:
My room seemed a little damp - not their fault, it was on the 1st floor and it was set into a hill a little bit. But the room was spotless and had everything I needed.

Always a comfortable place to stay. Pleasant and supportive staff helpful with luggage, super clean, and doesn't feel dirty to walk in the rooms. Has wifi and is near a major exit with restaurants close by. The staff is outstanding and very friendly. Jason has been there for many years and is an asset to his company

super basic could use some amenities, like continental breakfast, a fitness center, a pool or even HBO and Showtime and an elevator.

Well for starter, the doors to the entry of the hotel were filthy. The elevator doors had hand prints and dirt all over them. There was no attention to details in the entire hotel. For example, the microwave in our room had dried crusted food in it, from who knows when. There carpet was dirty..dont take off socks or shoes. The bathroom floor had dirt in the corners and cracks. The wall looked to have dried boogers (best i can describe) The ceiling above the bed had some green slimming looking substance about the size of a quarter (who knows what that even was). It was way over priced at $233 per night, due to the NASCAR Race. One positive... we only stayed one night! The bed lines smelled clean and fresh and appear that way as well, which is why we ended up staying. Overall wouldn't recommend or go back, especially if you are concerned with how clean it is where you sleep and eat.
