Positives:
The room was nice and roomy, the staff was excellent and accommodating. The restaurant was the best, the service was great for the amount of people that were present. Jamie was our server at Nicola's and she was by far the best server I have had in a LONG TIME!
Negatives:
The elevators and handicap accessibility. The only area for elevators is the main entrance because the others are out of order. This is a VERY large hotel for their not to be NUMEROUS elevator access areas and numerous elevators.

It was fine. Dinner was good, and wait staff was enjoyable and very helpful.
Negatives:
With the construction going on, the TV cable was unhooked. We could not watch our college basketball game that was on. Which made my wife very unhappy.

It seemed clean and updated. Plus they were updating the bar and restaurant. Which was nice because I’ve stayed here before and they needed updating

Positives:
Had a lot of open room, parking, friendly staff, and a 24/7 open area to purchase snacks. Total of 5 elevators as well.
Negatives:
The ac was not running or at least didn’t seem like it was the entire stay. Both in the room, and in the convention space. Toilet was constantly refilling itself with water and would not stop. Elevators usually were either down for maintenance, or just not working. Had to use stairs which were on the opposite side of the building. The nearest set of stairs to the front was only an emergency exit. And when we got there for a convention that was booked months in advance. The parking lot was blocked off for seal coating, and the entire pool area was a construction site still open to the public.
