The 75 damage deposit you have to fight to get back. The high price of the room. Staff not very knowledgeable. Shower head was broke so had to hold it to shower.

Associate checking us out - her attitude. I asked for a receipt and she said she could not give me one.
She Said she could not and it had to go through booking.com first to get a receipt. I told her we had stayed the two previous nights at hotels and both hotels give us a receipt and it was through Booking.com. Shes very nastily repeated, I said, I cannot give you the receipt. It has to come throughbooking.com.
I asked her to explain why she could not give me a receipt, and she again nastily repeated the same thing. Left a very bad taste in my mouth and mind.

Positives:
Breakfast was good and had a good verity of food options.
Negatives:
Pillows were too hard. The day I checked out the morning clerk stated loud enough so I could hear that she hoped she didn't have to walk over from the food area to check me out.
