The staff was friendly.
Negatives:
The Roaches!!!! First it was ants, so I asked to moved to another room which was more dingy than the first room. Woke up at 3am and saw roaches crawling on the carpet, the curtain and the closet. I shook out my clothes, packed my bags and checked out!!
Negatives:
This is one level above roach motel. This one is an ant motel. Our room had a million ants. The hotel is falling apart. They don’t even lock side doors for the night. Room locks are loose and looks like the door can be kicked in with one kick. Just plain awful.

Great stay but .... SUPER-expensive. And afterwards I received an email saying that I won't get any points because the rate was 'insufficient' - we're talking here about $300/night!!!
