Breakfast was good, location was good.
Negatives:
Couldn't get into our room. Doors and locks were old. Cleanliness was poor, Mattress on pull out sofa bed had old blankets and sheets left crumbled up inside and the mattress itself was disgustingly heavily stained. We had to ask for another room.
The pictures on the website did not match the end product. Will never stay in a Comfort Suite again.

The Roaches!!!! First it was ants, so I asked to moved to another room which was more dingy than the first room. Woke up at 3am and saw roaches crawling on the carpet, the curtain and the closet. I shook out my clothes, packed my bags and checked out!!
Negatives:
This is one level above roach motel. This one is an ant motel. Our room had a million ants. The hotel is falling apart. They don’t even lock side doors for the night. Room locks are loose and looks like the door can be kicked in with one kick. Just plain awful.

Great location. Good breakfast. Friendly staff.
Negatives:
Noisy. Do not stay on laundry side. Noise all evening and even though we were 4 rooms away you could hear change or lighters loudly being tossed in dryer. Doors slamming. People in hallway talking on phone while doing or waiting on laundry. There was a door to the laundry room and it was never shut. However, I don’t know if it would’ve helped very noisy hotel.
