The room had a lot of dust on things The breakfast wasn't a lot of anything. Other Hamptons I stayed at were alot cleanier better breakfast and friendlier. The pool and hot tub was out of order so they kids had nothing to do.

The staff was friendly and tried to help the situation. Breakfast was good.
Negatives:
The bathroom had rust spray spots all over the wall. Had to jiggle the toilet handle to get it to turn off. The shade was shredded, and the sheets did not fit the bed. Worst of all, they said they have lots of complaints, so FIX IT!

The room was big, clean and well-lit. The beds were comfortable. The staff was super friendly.

The elevator broke down, at one point, and the two older women with bad knees I was traveling with had to suffer through taking the stairs. We were relieved when it was fixed in time for our checkout so we didn’t have to lug our bags down the stairs.
