Rooms were clean, spacious, beds were comfortable. Staff was extremely nice and helpful.

The only thing I did not enjoy was we were overcharged for our stay. The total amount was taken out for our stay while we were there and then 2 days AFTER we left the property we were charged $400. Which was a huge inconvenience as we are returning back to work/school from our trip and cant even put gas in our car to get there because that extra $400 sent our account in to the negatives. We spent most of the day on the phone talking to different people who told us they could not find our booking, we gave them a confirmation number for the booking, even told them what room we stayed in and they still could not find our booking to confirm the extra money taken from the account. How frustrating! The next day we called the hotel over and over to talk to them about it again and could not get ANYONE to answer the phone there. Third day, our money has been returned to our bank. Even though the money was finally returned it was a frustrating two days we didnt want to deal with as we returned home. But this would be the only complaint I have on the property. Everything else was wonderful during our stay. And despite the over charge I would probably still book again with this property because of the location and cleanliness of the rooms. I will just make sure next time I have extra money in my account if you guys decide you want to take extra out for a couple of days for whatever reason.
