Positives: WE DID NOT STAY AT THE HOTEL. THE PICTURES THAT YOU'RE USING LIKE TO THE FRONT OF THE HOTEL AND THE HANDICAP ROOM IS A TOTAL MISREPRESENTATION AND A BOLD FACE LIE! I DON'T BELIEVE AT ALL THE FAKE REVIEWS OF THIS HOTEL!

Negatives: THE ROOM WE WERE SUPPOSED TO RECEIVE WAS A CLEAN KING SIZE HANDICAP ROOM WITH A WALK IN SHOWER. WHAT WE WERE GIVEN WAS A 2ND FLOOR ROOM THAT SMELLED OF CIGARETTES IN A FLOOR THAT SMELLED LIKE MARIJUANA. LIONEL WAS SUPPOSED TO CALL ME BUT HE WAS THE ONE THAT PROBABLY WROTE THE FAKE REVIEWS WHILE SMOKING A BLUNT.

Positives: Not much. Nothing was stocked when we came down for breakfast at 8:30. It seemed the only woman stocking up anything didnt have enough help to keep up.

Negatives: The girl at the front desk when we checked in had a terrible attitude and acted like she didnt want to be bothered to do her job. The room only had 2 towels for my family of 5 and my husband asked for more he only received 2 more. The building smelled like mildew when walking in and the 3rd floor smelled like an ashtray. The phone didnt even work in the room.
