The pool liner is coming apart and it was so cloudy you couldn't see your feet. The shower water in our room ran brown at first.

The shower needed some maintenance! It was very hard to lift the lever to get the water from the fancet to the shower head. The fire alarm going off was annoying.

The location was the only thing we liked about this facility

The first room we were put in the shower wouldn't get hot water. ( the bathroom sink got hotter then the shower). We were kept up all night by partiers next door. Complained the next morning and was moved to a different room. The new room was dirty, black mold on the shower, and room smelt like cat piss. The sound barriers in the hotel sucked. We could hear everything. Whole conversations in the room next door, the dinging of the front desk bell. And the beds were super uncomfortable. Worst sleep ive had at a hotel in a long time. It was all around a bad experienc, and we will never stay at this facility again.

The staff were very nice. They put a cake out for football weekend. Very close to Notre Dame.
Negatives:
Very very outdated. The room was filthy. The curtains were stained, old mattress, and a terrible musty odor. Very dark. Only 2 lamps in the room, which were extremely old. Cover to smoke detector was found under the mattress. Walls were dirty and peeling paint. Bathroom walls were dirty. Very old faucet that was dirty.
