Our room was dirty, towels all had stains, dirty bathrooms floors behind the door and next to the vanity, sticky spots on the carpet, shower didn’t drain and my husband couldn’t even shower because of it. We were given two conditioners instead of shampoo and conditioner. I had to use bar soap on my hair. Very disgusted at how dirty our room was and not pleased at all.

Immediately upon entering there was a feeling of it being a cheap hotel. Dead quiet, no music or noise; one smelly, hot elevator; hallways were dirty; THE ROOM WAS SO FILTHY IT MADE ME SICK AND I WANTED TO LEAVE, BUT THERE WERE NO OTHER HOTELS WITH VANANCIES. ZERO WATER PRESSURE IN SHOWER-DIRTY TUB AND SHOWER CURTAIN. THE LAYER OF DUST AND CRUD ON SURFACES WAS DISGUSTING. I WOULD NEVER, EVER STAY IN THAT HOTEL AGAIN--EVER
