We chose this hotel because the picture online showed it as having the biggest pool in the area. We got there and the pool was closed, then we were told we could use a nearby hotels pool and we went there and they said no, the correct one was fartheraway

They charged my aunt credit card for smoking and no smoking was done.

Nice hot breakfast choices. All staff members were very polite. Front desk and housekeeping.

I booked the room for the pool. But it was not working properly the whole week I was there. It's supposed to be heated. But it was ice cold. They had a different excuse everytime I asked about it.
