The computer was down so we were unable to checking, the desk assistant did not have that information, so she told us our card was denied many times. When we conferred with our card company they assured us we were Inwood standing. This took several minutes and held up other customers. After determining the problem they sent us to our room. The halls were dirty, the room smelled dirty, the stairs were dirty! Enough said. We couldn't stay here.
The clerk was understanding and canceled immediately upon our request. This hotel did not meet the standard we had experienced the night before in Sturgess SD.
Very disappointed in Baymont in Cedar Rapids!
