You pool was down waiting on a part I was told. I was also told that the pool had been down since January from another guest.The second day we returned to our room it hadnt been cleaned, no fresh towels or wash cloths we were out of toilet paper. I called front counter and was told that no one was there to be able to bring to the room.

The staff continued to lie to myself and my guests about the pool opening back up. They told me they would bring items up to the room and never did, so I had to go the items myself. One of the staff was asleep in the back room.
