It had nothing to do with the hotel but some of the guests. Because it's a dog-friendly hotel, one of the guests allowed their dog to stay crated and alone for hours on end and it cried the entire time.

My extra pillows were never delivered, light above the vanity in bathroom was off, couldn't do make up. Not good water pressure in shower. Lamp light was burnt out. Not that clean. We stay here every year and dissapointed this year.
