There was an elevator and it was in a convenient location. The staff was really nice.
Negatives:
The air conditioning seemed to be on the fritz and wasn't keeping up. Also, there was no hot tub and the pool was ridiculously small for the size of the hotel. They wasted potential pool space on a big seating area.

when I booked online, I booked a 2 king suite. I get there and get told that they have no rooms after a long drive to get there. was told that they dont even have rooms with two king beds in them, he doesnt know why the website even says that was told at first there was nothing that could be done. then the guy puts us into a room that was supposably just remodeled and the only thing it was missing was a trash can. for THE SAME PRICE AS OUR KING PRICE! didnt offer any kind of discount for the inconvenience or anything..get into the room and it was not a remodeled room. the tub was all rusty, paint pealing off the walls, the fridge wasnt keeping anything cold and the beds were so uncomfortable so we checked out instead of staying. we were told we were going to get a refund because we checked out and didnt stay the two days that we paid for. that was Sunday and we still have yet to receive a refund. this was the worst stay in a hotel that I have ever had!! will never stay here again!

The location is under remodeling currently - we stayed in newly renovated room and it was great. Very clean, very comfy. Central Location. Staff was very friendly - great value for the money.

Just wish we had a more relaxed schedule to enjoy the property more.
