Negatives: Bathroom was dirty

Negatives: The pictures were misleading, the room was dirty, bathroom had mold. There was an overwhelming air freshener smell that seemed to be being used to cover something. There were homeless people sleeping in the parking lot. None guests using the pool.

Negatives: Breakfast

Negatives: Bathroom light did not work and plug in at the bed did not work to charge phone. I had major problem at check in . The front desk did not get the reservation from booking.com. Booking had me on hold for over 75 min trying to fix the issue but could not. The reservation was cancelled and I rebooked with the front desk. So who was at fault. Quality inn or Booking.com???

Negatives: The hallways smelt horrible, the room had an off smell. The bathroom looked yellow. The bed was uncomfortable, our legs were higher than head. Not a lot of pillows. Ended up with a rash with all my allergies. Left early cause we were unable to sleep well in these conditions. The ceiling was not painted well or it looked like mold. Definitely not worth the price I paid and would love a refund. Pictures definitely need to be updated. Very disappointed and discussed with the whole experience. If I could go lower than 1 I would.

Negatives: Air conditioner did not work at all, Only 1 towel and face cloth, Only partial roll of TP with no extra roll.

Negatives: Yes, I have a problem with seeing a man digging in the dumpsters, and then seeing this same man sneak into the breakfast for customers, it made me lose my appetite, as well as not feeling safe.

Negatives: swimming pool was dirty . There was no breakfast .not like they advertised on, And drugs all around you .

Negatives: Absolutely DO NOT STAY...Super unclean Smells absolutely horrible. Hotel has no elevator so if your handicap or have a lot of stuff , it will take you several trips. as ABSOLUTELY UNSANITARY Terrible area of townfor example our room was absolutely disgusting, we looked under the bed and there was leftover alcohol, food, and worst of all DRUG PARAPHERNALIASo they gave us a suite ,and Ill just it wasnt any better very dirty. I lifted the pillows from the bed , there were hair , food crumbs, dead bed bugs , and a lot of pubic hair.The sheets very stained also. Needless to say we ended up leaving the hotel . The location was very bad, not familiar with Iowa but was told by many people around that area that it s a horrible neighborhood. Unfortunately it was me and my child so we felt super unsafe. Alot of homeless people hanging out in the parking lot also. We even witnessed a fist fight between two of them. As we were putting stuff in trunk of my car we witnessed , someone breaking in on the second floor . He was trying to pry the window open from the outside . I only booked this hotel because of the pictures on site and the price. We only were going to just sleep there and not be there a lot. This was a lesson learned for me. I wish to god I would have read the reviews about this place because most are negative. I will never stay at a place just because its cheaper not unless Ive stayed there before . Thank God for Booking .com, they were able to find me another hotel in Omaha since it was 3am by the time we got out of there . PLEASE DO NOT STAY, for your own sake and safety its not worth it.

Negatives: The facility was a bit rundown i.e lights not working and shower curtain kept falling down. We didnt get any room service during our stay despite asking for new towels. The hallways smelled funny but the room itself was not too bad. The air conditioner in the breakfast room was not efficient enough so it was really hot.
