We checked in and went to our room. We were so disgusted by what we saw. The bathroom had roaches. The mattress was filthy and worn with lint balls. You could feel them through the sheets. We didn't stay. We checked out and were fully reimbursed.

gave me someone else’s room at first, didn’t even apologize for giving me someone else’s room, new room smelled of cigarettes even though it was non - smoking. place was very unsafe, unclean, would not recommend. staff very rude.
