Close to activities we wanted to do.
Negatives:
The hotel is very large and there is only 1 elevator that runs very, very slow. This hotel requires a lot of walking. If you have trouble walking, then this hotel is not for you. Staff unfamiliar with giving directions and not knowledgeable about events, activities in the area.

The location, the coffee selection, and the pool looked nice.
Negatives:
Front desk guy barely gave us any info on anything (where our room was, what time breakfast was or where it was, time for pool etc. The worst part of our stay was that the room was over $200 and our room smelled SO BAD like wet dog or something, which we were confused I don’t think they allow pets? But it was sooo bad minute you want in the door and was hard to sleep or be in the room. The breakfast was very underwhelming for $200 as well, dry muffins and cinnamon rolls, cold dry microwave pancakes, breakfast potatoes were hard and cold. Overall very disappointed, and I stay at many best westerns, just stayed at the Wisconsin dells one night prior and it was phenomenal.
