I booked this hotel for the hot tub and pool. The hot tub was completely covered up and they were painted the pool.

It was super clean, staff was super kind and friendly. The restaurant attached was some of the best Mexican food I've had since moving here.
Negatives:
The pool was closed, we paid for this hotel specifically for the pool. My son was pretty let down. But we still had fun!

We had to switch rooms three times. First time air didnt work. Second time the door didnt work. Then the next time all the way away from our family. The pool was closed so kids couldnt swim. There was nothing on website saying pool would be down for painting.

the rooms I booked vs what they said I booked didnt match. so one of my rooms was much smaller than the other and they couldnt fulfill my second room with that I booked/paid for. they havent resolved the price difference yet!
