It was horrible. No staff to check us in. Had to keep calling for help to get checked in. Hallways smelled horrible like smoke and body Oder. Got to room and the sheets had old blood stains on them and room smells terrible. Tub was filthy, toilet seat looked like it was 100 years old with the paint pealing off. 1 towel was all they had in the room. It was horrible. Went back to desk and told them we could not stay in that room. They offered another room and it was just as bad. Left and called them and canceled. We were promised a refund and have not received it yet.

I was charged more, besides 20. for my dog. They tried to tell me i didnt book 2 rooms w/ 2 beds each and asked for them together. Then made it sound like he was doing me a favor.
Then the people above us were stomping around all night. The so-called breakfast was sad. I wont be going back and they owe me money back. My letter says $190.40 plus $20. for Skye.

Check in took 15 minutes. I couldn't wash my hands because there was no bar of soap. When I asked, she handed me packets of shampoo. The bathtub was repainted and chipping. There wasn't a toilet paper holder, just a roll on the tank of the toilet. Etc.

The motel was shabby and filthy. I had to clean the bathroom sink area before using it. Although it was a non-smoking motel, the hallway reeked of smoke. I would not recommend this place.
