Great first night stop after a long day of travelling

Two things....the doors to the facility and hotel doors should be smooth quiet close. All i heard from like 1am to 4am was the slamming of doors! Also the room wasnt quite ready for guests being the new remodeled room 158....the shower was not completely installed and had no way to get pressure or to adjust for a bath - the knob on the faucet was glued down or something it would not allow the water to just come out of the shower head it was broken. I know i didnt do it im only five foot tall no way i could reach that shower head without lots of effort! But i also understand that the room was recently remodeled so i understood it wasnt perfect. Probably just need a whole new shower head that is updated it looked very old .

My mom is very short and was unable to get into the super high bed. Staff had no answers for how to fix this.

The second room was nice after I got moved from my first room

I had to move rooms when I first got there because the first room I was put in was disgusting. They moved me to a nicer room, but then I had no TV. I had 2 hotel staff in my room for like 30 minutes trying to fix the tv and the couldnt. Then they wanted me to move rooms again. At this point I was over it and just went to sleep I wasnt moving all of my familys things again. Then when I checked out I was told Id get a refund but they refused to give me a receipt and said theyd email it to me. I never got a refund or a receipt. Im not happy.
