Positives: The breakfast was very good with many different items to pick.
Negatives: They could have informed me that house keeping only cleaned every other day. When my room was not cleaned the day after I checked in I went to the front desk and talked to the manager she offered to hand me clean towels and toiletries. I refused that wasnt my job. I asked for my room and coworkers rooms to be cleaned for the rest of our stay. The day before we checked out our rooms were not cleaned. I let the manager know the next morning and she gave a look like she didnt care.

Negatives: Asked to have room cleaned every day the last day before checking out the next morning was not touched. Plus they charged my personal credit card for 4 nights when it was paid for by one of my co worker. Have asked several times for refund and they claim it was done but card statement shows its still there. My co worker that paid never got reimbursed for the 1 day of no room being cleaned.

Positives: The breakfast was convenient, adequate for what we needed.
Negatives: Our room was difficult to get into. The folding lock kept sticking open after we left and we couldn't get back in. The hotel did not have our reservation from Booking Com. Fortunately, they had a room they could give us. The young woman at the desk didn't know how to help us The lack of any rugs/carpet made our room cold. The lobby bathrooms were not working.

Positives: Bed was very comfy.
Negatives: The lady was rude. For the price I paid she could have been a lot more polite & helpful. She was neither. I've had better stays at cheaper motels than I did here. & to think I "splurged" on a nicer hotel bc I wasn't working the next day- Haha- never again Oh & the icing on the cake was how I didn't get the room I wanted-the one booked. Instead I actually came close to being screwed out of my money all together bc the lady didn't want to give me a different room or a refund. Don't freaking post a room as available if it's not!

Positives: Close to event
Negatives: It was under construction. Our room had apparently been redone, but the cleanup wasnt done well. They charged me for an extra night that they shouldnt have, and still not fixed it even though its been communicated. The staff didnt greet us promptly, and generally was not very responsive. We usually prefer a Hampton over the other chains, but when I go to call me next time, well go somewhere else.
